Specialist Toolmaker c1952 – 1980.
Son of Frank Golding, Chauffeur to Sir John Black Commenced apprenticeship in 1951 at Banner Lane Number 1 Machine Shop, transferring to Canley in 1952 in the Toolroom until 1957 to undertake National Service. I returned in 1959 to the Toolroom at Canley serving out my time until 1980 when I took redundancy.
