• Apprentices 1957 - Thanks to Colin Waugh for this photo from 1957.

• Charles Friswell – Standard Motors - Sir Charles Ernest Hain Friswell (1871–1926), Managing Director of the Standard Motor Co and Friswells.
• Doreen Vowles – Secretary, Tile Hill - Doreen Vowles, secretary to Mr Johns, Tile Hill, married John Goodwin, who works in Safety Office, Canley, at All Souls Church, Hearsall Common.
• Standard Triumph Book – Available Now! - We have put together a beautifully presented book documenting the trials and tribulations at Standard Triumph during the development, launch and production of ZOBO – the Triumph Herald. All proceeds, from this book, will benefit the Standard Triumph Works Archive.
• Flat Rate Wages Plan - This occasion proved popular – it would be great to get a higher resolution as there are hundred in this photograph.
• Training School Pt2 - John Drakeford has sent this fabulous photo from his time, in the late sixties, of the Standard Triumph Training School in Torrington Avenue.
• 30,000th Standard Car - A fabulous period photo with the 30,000th Flying Twelve coming off the production line.

• Alick Dick Leaves Standard Triumph - Tuesday, August 22nd and Alick Dick, Managing Director of Standard Triumph, resigns.
• NEW – Arthur Brooks – Salvage - Arthur Brooks joined Standard Triumph in 1932. At first he was employed on material handling — the hard way —when built-up axle casings had to be unloaded by hand from railway wagons. Later he supervised internal transport and the powered conveyor loaders.
• Keeping Score - When Coventry City met Leicester City in an FA Cuptie match, interest in the game was naturally high among Standard employees.
• Jock Brown – Western Avenue Service Depot, London Pt1 - “Dynamic, dedicated, enthusiastic – a slave driver boss who instils complete loyalty from all colleagues, employers and employees – this is the way Jock Brown is regarded in Western Avenue Service Depot, London. • Triumph Apprentice School - The Apprentice Training School was situated at Banner Lane. After Massey Ferguson acquired the factory in 1959 it was moved to Radford. Subsequently it moved to Tile Hill.
• Steve Young – Fireman Part 2 - I recently asked my Dad about his time at Standard Triumph and he produced an amazing scrapbook full of photos and memories including many newspaper clippings.
• Gordon Wright – Tea Boy - It was back in the days when the BBC’s Home Service broadcast the popular programme Workers’ Playtime live from Britain’s factories that sailor Gordon Wright first spotted Joan Simpson in Coventry.
• David Mileham – Planning Engineer - Presentation to David Mileham, planning engineer, on the occasion of his marriage, March 1967.
• Steve Young – Fireman Part 1 - Firemen from over 50 brigades attended a winter training school to improve their skill in saving life and property.
• Standard Service Depot, 1936 - Vast new plant in construction – To be ready at beginning of 1937.
• Bob Bulmer – Material Handler - Bob Bulmer a material handler at the Radford factory of Triumph Coventry, retired recently after nearly 23 years with the Company. Bob first started work with the Company at Canley and moved to Radford with the section 14 years ago.
• Allesley to Le Mans with the Triumph Competition Department - When D day arrived, we all assembled on the car park at Allesley, truck loaded, tools, cars, lined up for loading, waiting for the car transporter to arrive. Ken Richardson had heard of this chap Ron, who did car delivery. He had built this closed four car transporter using a Commer TS3 (two stroke diesel) …

• Jerry Rose – Maintenance - Jerry Rose retired from Maintenance Dept., Canley, after over 20 years of service.
• Walter Morris – Gang 76, No 5 Shop - On their way to sunny California where they plan to settle, are Walter Morris, until recently chargehand in Gang 76. No. 5 Shop, Canley and his wife, with their daughter, Christine Thomson, formerly secretary to the Assistant Materials Engineer at Fletch. North, and their grand-daughter eight year old Linda Thomson.
• Arthur Hutt VC – Pt 2 - Extract from local Observer newspapers.
• Ferguson – The Last TE20 - This photo was sent through recently and shows the last TE20 at Banner Lane.
