BILL JACQUES (65), a cutter grinder at Radford factory, retired from the Company after 25 years’ service.
Bill worked at Banner Lane when he first joined, and spent 11 years there under Mr. Jennings. On behalf of the cutter grinders at Radford Mr. F. Harrison, foreman, presented him with a sum of money. Mr and Mrs Jacques are happy to remain at 207 Goodyears End Lane, Bedworth, where Bill has a garden and greenhouse.
